Pencil skirt and turtleneck

Here the photos of  my last year eve outfit.

For the occasion I have chosen a simple and elegant look, but at the same time gritty.

I decided not to dare too much, since we celebrated inside our hotel, first with the classic dinner and after the toast we have exploded the fireworks.

After so long I finally had the opportunity to wear this pair of Max mara polka dots tights, who I had bought a few months ago.
I decided to match them with a Zara gray blouse, faux leather skirt and white fur.
Too bad that the tights have been short lived: as soon as worn, were caught in the Dodo's bracelet : (

 Pink goes well with pink, so I paired this cute pencil skirt with bright shoes.

I absolutely love wearing pencil skirts, nothing can compare to their elegance and class, and this pencil shape visually makes the figure look thinner. :)

I'm wearing this absolutely lovely and elegant, yet comfortable Ted Baker dress that I bought in London. It's very pretty and simple, can be worn for some a special event, like cocktail party or romantic dinner. The jewelry that I wear with it is quite minimalistic, I just wanted to keep it all simple....

The puffed sleeves of the sweater make me feel a bit like Snow White.  I'm still on a purple kick from yesterday, so I added purple flats.  You can anticipate seeing quite a bit more purple mixed with my black dresses if my outfit plans for the next few days hold out

 I'd like to try the same dress with a colored lace skirt or a printed scarf.

--> The item of the day is this sexy animal-and-chain-print dress, but I think the addition of the skirt and scarf tones down the sexiness to something I would wear to a job.  This outfit was a major mood booster, and just what I needed on a gray Wednesday. 

Animal print skirt

 On Sunday I wore the same animal print skirt I wore for traveling and added three more animal prints to make four of a kind.  I had an animal print belt too, but five of a kind felt like cheating.
